We currently offer shipping to most countries; however, there may be some destinations to which we cannot deliver due to legal restrictions, customs regulations, or shipping carrier limitations. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you and provide a full refund for the affected order.

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, refusal to accept the package, or failure to arrange for re-delivery or pickup within the carrier's specified timeframe, the package may be returned to us.
In such cases, we will contact you to confirm the correct shipping address and arrange for re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

We take great care in packaging and handling your orders to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, in rare cases where a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation. In case of a lost package, we will arrange for a replacement or refund once the carrier confirms the loss. In case of a damaged package, we may require you to provide photographic evidence or return the damaged items before issuing a replacement or refund.

Returns & Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non- refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 Business days.

We do not offer refund for digital items.
